5. The INSPECTOR shall not perform, in the jurisdiction where the inspection takes place, any function of engineer, architecture, sanitation or any other work function requiring a professional licence, unless the inspector has a valid professional licence, in which case he may inform the client that he has a licence so issued and that he is therefore qualified to go beyond this basic inspection. and carry out, for an additional fee, additional inspections going beyond the inspections carried out as part of the basic home inspection. Any agreement on such additional inspections shall be in a separate written form. 11. If the CLIENT requests a new inspection, the new inspection is also subject to all the conditions provided for in this Agreement. The standard fee for the new inspection is USD 125.00 per visit. The CLIENT agrees that all taxes for the new inspection are due prior to the publication of a new inspection document. The verification fee is charged to the customer, unless both parties have not agreed otherwise in writing separately. 9. Your inspector may have a relationship with a third party (“TPSP”) to provide you with additional value-added services. By entering into this agreement, you authorize (a) your inspector to provide the TPSP with your contact information (including telephone number), (b) waive and release any restrictions that may prevent the TPSP from contacting you (including by telephone), and c) authorize the TPSP to contact you (including by telephone) regarding special offers for home alarm systems. 3.

The inspection and report are carried out and prepared for the client who authorizes the INSPECTOR to discuss the observations with the real estate agents, owners, repairers and other interested parties. INSPECTOR is not responsible for the use or misinterpretation by third parties. The inspection of the property by the INSPECTOR and the attached report are in no way intended as an explicit or implied warranty or guarantee as to the future use, operation, habitability or suitability of the house / building or its components. All warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly excluded by this Agreement, to the extent permitted by law. If a structure or part of a structure to be inspected under this Agreement is a log house, block structure or similar block structure, the CLIENT understands that these structures have unique features that prevent an inspector from inspecting and evaluating them through external visual inspection. . . .
