T Mobile Sprint Agreement

In connection with the proposed transaction, T-Mobile US, Inc. (“T-Mobile”) a registration statement on Form S-4 (File No. 333-226435) that, on October 29, 2018, was filed effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and that contains a joint agreement between T-Mobile and Sprint Corporation (“Sprint”), which is also a prospectus of T-Mobile (the “Joint Statement of Approval/Prospectus”).
